ITA International has an immediate opening for a Training Program Coordinator supporting the 36th Electronic Warfare Squadron at Eglin Air Force Base.

Responsibilities

The Training Program Coordinator will provide comprehensive and cohesive support and monitoring of all training required for civilian, military, and contractor personnel Air Combat Command Combat Air Forces Mission Data (MD) production. This support will encompass MD development, threat model development, testing (both laboratory and flight-test), evaluation of MD performance, and fleet support.

The ideal candidate's responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive training plan.

Provide Electronic Warfare Fundamentals training to squadron members.

  • Provide RADAR Fundamentals training to squadron members.

  • Provide Intelligence Source Fundamentals training (EWIR/NGES/CED) to squadron members.

  • Provide Introductory SPECTRE training to squadron members.

  • Develop training metrics for organizational evaluation.-Develop and coordinate training schedules.

  • Conduct monthly briefings on personnel training status and goals.

  • Coordinate with training vendors for the delivery of contracted training to the squadron.

  • Develop and maintain training program status documentation.

  • Develop, maintain, and update unit training SharePoint sites (Unclassified and Classified).

  • Collaborate Technical Interchange with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Must have current Secret security clearance.-Bachelor Degree in engineering or other technical/science discipline from an accredited university or a minimum of 5 years Electronic Warfare related experience with strong background in ELINT and training.
  • Must be a self-starter who is willing and able to work in a team environment.

  • Must be detail oriented and a critical thinker.

  • Must have good communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

  • Must be able to accomplish assignments/tasks with minimal supervision.-Must have strong Microsoft office computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.

Desired Skills:
-Prior US Air Force or Navy Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO/CTT) experience.

  • Prior military instructor duty assignment.-Knowledge of 36 EWS programs and training needs.

Exhaustive knowledge of Electronic Warfare systems and programs.

It takes more than steel, advanced electronics and engine thrust to make the F-35 Lightning II, the world's fifth generation fighter, take flight. It is the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) that gives F-35 Lightning II operators the ability to plan, to maintain, to plan and sustain its systems over the life of the air vehicle. ALIS provides the IT backbone and capabilities to support current and future Warfighters across the U.S. and allied military services. As critical members of the F35 Operations Team, all ALIS administrators must be able to: * Obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance required for program access * This is an operational support role to active fighter units. Administrators must be willing and able to travel for military deployments/detachments (ship and/or shore) for extended periods of time dependent upon operational needs. * Capable of working various shift hours to include weekends to support customer mission requirements. A Day in the Life: As an ALIS Administrator with our F-35 ALIS team partnering with our customer, you will wear many hats, system admin duties, data management duties, network admin duties and mission planning admin duties. ALIS Administrators are generally the first point of contact for customer inquiries, field any questions and/or concern and troubleshoot any reported problems. You will be assigned tasks in most ALIS administrative roles to further develop your skills and increase capabilities within the ALIS administrator role.
