Position Overview:

We are interested in finding a dedicated and experienced Training and Education Manager to join our team at Alliedstar USA and Canada. The Training and Education Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our dealer partners, end customers, Key Opinion Leaders / Digital Opinion Leaders, team members and employees as well as creating educational program and materials to support our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, excellent communication skills, and preferably will have a strong background in the dental industry.

Responsibilities:

• Create, develop and manage the training curriculum and its programs for product knowledge, new technologies, and best practices in the dental industry

• Create educational materials, manuals, guides, and videos, to support all training needs and efforts

• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions both in person and virtually

• Evaluate training effectiveness, make recommendations for improvements, and implement these improvements to establish a best in class training experience

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training efforts with company goals and initiatives

• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in dental education and training

• Manage the budget for training and education initiatives and track expenses

• Build relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve training programs

• Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and events to promote Alliedstar products as well as its educational offerings

• Manage the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Digital Opinion Leader (DOL) programs

• Travel up to 30% both domestic and international

• Other duties as needed and assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as education, instructional design, or dental technology
• 2+ years of experience in training and education roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Dental industry experience

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences

• Proficiency in learning management systems and other training software

• Experience developing and delivering in-person and virtual training programs

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Ability to travel as needed for training sessions and events
