SOC Telemed is looking for an Training & Development Specialist that will help lead the transformation of the company's corporate university programs. You will be responsible for managing professional development initiatives in accordance with best practices and strategic organizational goals. The right person will be able to partner with cross functional leaders to develop and implement effective organizational development and change management solutions that will drive our business growth. In conjunction with the Vice President of Human Resources, the Learning and Development Specialist will play a key role in the development and implementation of an innovative performance evaluation process, the SOC corporate university and new leadership development programs that will support SOC becoming an employer of choice. They will work closely with the VP of HR to support the clinical and technical training programs and create a process for monitoring and improving employee engagement to foster a workplace environment consistent with the values and mission of SOC.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field from an accredited college or university

Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in organizational development, training program design and management or related fields.
  • Two (2) years of project or program management responsibilities associated with human resources initiatives, organizational change management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to support and lead cross-functional teams and provide project management support.
  • LMS Management.
  • Experience developing a corporate university.

Skills

  • Excellent inter-personal, communication, analytical, organizational, management, and negotiation skills are required.
  • Understanding of instructional design methodology and software programs
  • Excellent computer skills and in-depth experience with applicable software programs are required (i.e., spreadsheets, databases, presentations, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Problem structuring and strategic problem solving skills.
  • Advanced skills developing compelling presentations.
  • Superior facilitation skills.

Preferred

  • Special consideration will be granted for candidates holding a Masters degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
  • Experience with administering psychometric assessments.

Role Summary The Network Development Specialist will work with the CEO, Director of Sales Operations, and Sales and Aftersales Managers to lead the timely production and distribution of key business deliverables every month. This includes supporting the development of the dealer performance system, quarterly market objectives and respective sales pace. This role will entail creating new methods of intelligent reporting to improve existing business processes and supporting/monitoring, the network development plan. Role Responsibilities Network Development: * Network Planning: * Conduct network planning analysis (blueprint analysis, market study, standing analysis, etc) within Americas region * Manage Area of Responsibility (AOR) development for each dealer * Franchise Application Management: * Manage general and specific procedures and requirements for franchise application, assessment and appointment * Implement thorough assessment of franchise applications for Open Point, Buy/Sell, Ownership change, Relocation, etc * Manage key milestones according to legal agreements (Memorandum of Understanding, conditional approval letters, etc) * Conduct regular communication & reporting to Automobili Lamborghini SpA (AL SpA) and field force to ensure a) milestones are fulfilled and b) smooth transition of new dealer partners from appointment to operation * Corporate Identity: * Monitor the timeline of Corporate Identity, Corporate Design projects agreed between Automobili Lamborghini America (ALA) and each Lamborghini franchisee * Dealer Standards: * Manage implementation and compliance status governance of the Dealer Standards across Lamborghini network * Dealer Performance: * Conduct dealer performance monitoring and analysis * Business Management: * Manage monthly composite submission from US and Canada * Provide regular feedback on improvement measures to financial data quality * Maintain responsibility for annual updates of financial statement structure * Apply financial statement analysis when necessary to identify dealers' improvement area Business Development: * Variable Margin: * Own management of VM program assessment and target set-up * Fleet Management: * Maintain responsibility for the sales of ALA fleet * Conduct fleet planning with internal departments * Pre-owned Vehicle Management: * Develop and implement pre-owned vehicle programs (remarketing program, etc) * Training: * Assist Regional Sales/Marketing Managers in the thorough and timely completion of training requirement across the network * Coordinate local instructor-led trainings between external and internal parties * Policy: * Develop, update, and implement ALA's key policies and procedures * Complete network performance improvement projects (loyalty analytics, sales mystery shopping, etc) * Develop and maintain business partnership between ALA and external service suppliers Business Reporting: * Industry Trend Monitoring & Analysis: * Monitor the consumer and industry trend within the exotic sports car (ESS) segment and Super Sport Utility Vehicle (SSUV) segment * Monitor the general macroeconomic environment as well as the competitors' performance across AMER region * Business reporting: * Point of contact with external vendors on network performance reporting incl. registration, PIPO and VIO * Develop regular business overview and dealer performance documents as per requested by AL SpA and ALA management Experience * 5 years relevant work experience Education Required * Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in business field Desired * Master's in Business or Marketing General Skills * Passion – take pride in personal work and be fully engaged in the success of Lamborghini sales * Collaboration – work with various departments across the company to complete assigned tasks * Presentation – compile relevant sales and business intelligence information to clearly convey a specific message * Organization – ensure numerous tasks are complete within tight deadlines * Detail Oriented – develop a methodology to make certain all published reports are accurate * Process Innovation – target opportunities for improvement of the dealer performance monitoring system and reward * Analytical and conceptual thinking Specialized Skill Required * Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel * Develop efficient and effective processes for operations and field groups * Expert knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Desired * 3-5 years Automotive experience * Financial statement analysis * Basic computer coding skills Work Flexibility * Typical office schedule in our Reston office * Limited travel required for occasional meetings and trainings We are proud to be an EEO employer M/F/D/V.
