Under general supervision, the Compliance Auditor/Training Coordinator is a subject matter expert responsible for evaluating and approving education programs at public, proprietary and training institutions that meet eligibility requirements under the GI Bill program. Evaluates and approves On-The-Job training programs in relation to functional and/or technical training activities.

Performs compliance survey visits at approved training facilities when required. Serves as a resource in the development and implementation of community outreach programs to educate institutions of higher learning, for-profits schools and training facilities according to Title 38 of the U.S. Code. Periodic overnight travel is required to attend in-state and out of state conferences and required VA training.

Establishes communication with local, city, state government agencies to approve new training programs. Consults with the Director, Veterans Education and Training Division for clarification of policies, contractual requirements and directives administered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

High school diploma or GED AND Three years of experience providing educational, training or instructional services in functional area.

(ie. Send data directly from instrument to the System) * Enhance existing modules, including the ability to expand phenotypic data libraries and taxonomy. * Develop and support ongoing documentation efforts to comply with internal HHS/CDC informatics standards, methodologies, and processes. Comply with 508, SDLC, EPLC, Security, and Operational standards. Required Skills and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, operations research, or engineering and 5 years of related experience. * A minimum of 5 years of experience with one of the following: * Asp.net version 4 or higher, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and C#, JavaScript, TypeScript * At least 5 years of experience with Angular / Vuejs / Reactjs / Knockoutjs * 2 years of experience with IIS 7.5 version or higher, DOCKER, JENKINS, GIT or comparable CI/CD tools * At least 3 years of .Net Core Cloud migration techniques experience * Skilled in system design, system analysis, and business analysis experience * Strong ability to interact with scientists, end users, other developers, external partners, and management to determine system parameters and requirements throughout the development life cycle. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously with great efficiency and attention to detail. . Must be a US Citizen or a Green card holder Desired Skills and Experience * Knowledge in a public health environment * Experience in a government environment. * General knowledge of infectious diseases, or ability to learn.
