Description

At Enlil, we are helping small enterprises in the world track and trace how they make med device products. The Specialist will help train, demo and deploy our solutions for our customers and answer their questions. Day to day you will understand Enlil's features, and understand how to map customer data, improving user acquisition rates. This is a full time on-site position and will require reporting to our offices located in Los Gatos/Campbell, CA.

Responsibilities, Skills & Hands-On Experience

• Work with Enlil teams and sometimes other parties such as consultants and system integrators to ensure Enlil gets to be system of record for customers. For this:

• Ability to configure, deploy Enlil software and provide best practices to enterprise customers.

• Be able to train users on the software, articulating main features and benefits.

• Be the senior professional to lead the effort onboarding customer data on-time and in accordance with customer expectations and statement of work (SOW) - this involves cleaning data in excel or pdf, mapping them to Enlil data structure.

• Contribute with knowledge on med devices, both during the implementation as well as in pre-sales situations.

• Participate in workshops with prospects, ranging from early discovery sessions to detailed final presentations part of formal software evaluation.

• Estimate and document project requirements for proposals and SOWs.

• Work closely with our Product and Technical teams to drive our product improvements and direction.

Education & Work Experience

• Able to work on-site, with good customer-facing skills (communication, project management, relationship building).

• 5+ Years training and deploying PLM, Manufacturing or ERP software to customers.

• Medical Device industry experience a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal presentation skills.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and experience working at a B2B & SaaS startup.

• Undergraduate degree in CS, Information Technology.

Our salary ranges are calculated by role and level. Your position within that range will be determined by your job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, and training/certifications. In addition to those factors, we also examine internal equity as well as consider current market rate, and title may be assessed one level lower or higher accordingly. After you join the company your performance, contributions, and results along with business and organizational needs will affect your base salary. The base salary range for this full-time position is between $100,000 to $125,000 + equity + benefits.
