Position Summary
The Training Delivery Senior Analyst is responsible for leading and coaching both Claims and Customer Service colleagues through their onboarding and job specific learning journey to include new hire, upskilling and reskilling. Through strong business connections and extensive review of data the Training Delivery Senior Analyst will work to improve business metrics and enhance the member experience. Responsible for developing a Learning Culture by promoting and fostering a corporate learning culture through sharing best practices across learning groups. Integrating practices to increase efficiencies, simplify content and information, including collaborating across teams.
Facilitate informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective using various learning methodologies
Reinforce learning objectives/competencies, through hands-on activities, knowledge-based assessments & formal/informal observations
Partner with business leaders, Enterprise Training. program owners, and design team to align learning solutions with business objectives and expected outcomes
Initiate & participate in the administrative process of performance/classroom management
Drive performance by providing coaching using clear, constructive feedback to learner highlighting opportunities, as well as strengths
Inspire thinking, learning and collaboration between learners creating a team dynamic
Create a safe, positive learning environment where learners feel free to share and ask questions
Maintain current business knowledge and skills in designated business area
Demonstrate a positive "can-do" demeanor building learner excitement and confidence
Ensure compliance with the CVS Health code of conduct

Complete training assignment(s) within allotted timeframe resulting in colleague role readiness
Administer Kirkpatrick's level of evaluations (1-4) during and after facilitation to measure effectiveness of learning program
Collaborate with Enterprise Training. Program owners and senior training delivery colleagues to provide recommendations for modification to learning program and/or facilitation to improve & enhance effectiveness of overall program
Accountable for the accuracy of learning program content (facilitator guides, participant guides, activities, etc.) and initiate development and/or maintenance
Maintain records of training program, including measurements, evaluations, colleague progress report, and course/class records in Learning Management System
Communicate effectively and proactively with Training Delivery leadership, program owners, and business partners.
Drive business and Training Delivery KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and metrics
Establish credibility as an instructor to include addressing & following up on all inquiries

Background in the health care industry
Experience in Project Management
Knowledge of Kirkpatrick Level of Evaluations
Experience in Performance Consulting
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 - $107,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
