Job Overview

As a Training Coordinator you are responsible for creating standard work instruction, and supporting and assessing standard work practices in the Production area. This position will coach, assist and train the Production Trainers who are responsible for training the floor employees on their job responsibilities.

What you will do: Create and support standard work and training practices using SWIs, JBSs, OPLs, Master Document lists and other training tools Update individual employee training tracking as necessary using a training matrix Validate training effectiveness through the audit process Train and coach employees in the Production Trainer position to ensure confidence and success Facilitate bi-weekly meetings with the Production Trainers Join the instructor rotation of the NEO (New Employee Orientation) Training Tools Overview Provide support and documentation expertise to CPI events and initiatives as necessary (edit standard work documentation, oversee training/retraining and provide suggestions on what training tools would be most effective) Ensure and conduct high quality, calibrated training across all sites Ensure and conduct uniform assimilation of equipment, processes and products within site Partner with Safety and Quality departments to deliver training within the site Ensure uniform documentation for like equipment/processes across sites (Scolari Roasters, Model Cell) Develop self as well as others to support organizational readiness Act as a liaison for Best Practice communication across sites Provide support, feedback and consistent communication with Production Management, and our internal and external partners Publish communications and updates through established structure ad network as necessary Update area training boards on a weekly basis with pertinent information, such as weekly training schedules, updates, etc. Be able to manage projects ad work in a cross-functional team Model the Keurig Dr Pepper values Follow all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by Keurig Dr Pepper and the department Perform other job related duties as requested by management

Requirements

What you must have: Strong mechanical aptitude of production operations Intensive knowledge of process flow with specific focus on Keurig Dr Pepper packaging lines, as well as the individual components with the area Certification in the Train the Trainer Job Instruction course Strong communication skills, both oral and written, as well as strong presentation and facilitation skills, to include large groups Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Visio software applications Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail Ability to coordinate multiple projects and areas of focus Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external partners Be a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude that works well with a diverse workforce Ability to work flexible hours as necessary to support all four production shifts Ability to uphold safety standards, participate in CPI on the job and follow our manufacturing best practices Ability to follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures as well as our operating principles Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently with mechanical assistance Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds occasionally Ability to constantly lift, bend, stretch and stand during entire shift Ability to push/pull up to 1.500 pounds using supplied equipment Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, and stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions When in office setting, ability to work in predominately sedentary position with high frequency of computer work required (67%-100% of workday)

The candidate will be responsible for tactical leadership, direction, and supervision of a team of material handlers that safely and efficiently process logistics services, while developing and implementing strategies to improve service levels and improve efficiency throughout the organization. The Logistics Section Manager position is a day or night shift position, working either 12-hour or 8-hour shifts. Specific Responsibilities Include: * Adhere to established EHS standards and proactively identify opportunities for improvement to promote a safe work environment. * Establish and execute budgets in cooperation with Manager. Required Qualifications: * BS degree in Business Management or Engineering * Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience * Proficient Computer skills in Microsoft and ERP systems. * Proven ability and experience managing 5 to 10 employees effectively with a fair and honest approach. * Strong leadership, management, coaching and organizational skills * A self-starter with ability to work effectively as an individual with minimal direction, and as part of a larger team * Sufficient written communication skills to communicate with management/co-workers and maintain accurate and complete records and daily logs * Ability to read and understand blueprints, manuals and operations specifications. * Strong problem solver and planner with organizational and analytical ability * Demonstrated work performance in an environment requiring high level of attention to detail and timeliness. * Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize activities. * Strong team player with ability to work well within a global team. * 5-10% global travel required.
