Training Coordinator, Instructional Design

The Training and Communication Coordinator will be a driving force in designing, developing, and delivering engaging training for the global Software and Electronics organization at Client. It will also be responsible for the distribution, coordination, and asset management of internal communications.

This role will serve as a key liaison with our creative agency, ensuring smooth execution of the communication and belonging strategy. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual passionate about fostering employee growth and development through innovative training solutions and compelling communication strategies. The position requires a self-starter who can contribute creatively to the team while also being able to manage tasks well and maintain close attention to detail.

Additional qualifications include the ability to write in a clear, accessible style and to provide clear creative input and feedback on existing creative and training materials. This role will be part of the Sr.

VP Executive Office Team and reports to the Sr.

VP Chief of Staff. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in Training Coordination, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Fluency in German is a plus but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, internal social intranet, MS Suite, and common e-learning authoring tools. High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.

Experience with learning management systems and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus. Some international travel to Germany is required, Travel will be 2 weeks per year approx. and will need a passport.
