As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of coordination and administrative duties directly supporting the Director of Learning and Development, and field teams including but not limited to reporting, tracking, executing initiatives, administrative work, and coordinating events. Ensures such support occurs in a timely, orderly, efficient, and professional manner to ensure a flawless learning experience and provide routine statistics.

  • Supports the Director in creating an environment of outstanding service to our internal customers for training, motivating, and team building. Creates/refines processes.

  • Coordinates projects and/or global initiatives in support of Learning & Development Initiatives.

  • Coordinates all event logistics, prepares materials, tracks participation, and maintains appropriate records.

  • Builds strong relationships with HR Partners and trainers.

  • Supports trainers to include coordinating training sessions, catering needs, room assignments, tracking participation, maintaining appropriate records, ordering supplies, and coordinating materials to ensure successful learning events for participants.

  • Provides innovative solutions for reporting needs around training initiatives.

  • Work with Direct Marketing trainers to resolve ongoing needs. Takes direction from management to assist in areas of critical need as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years related experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

  • The ability to set priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple request

  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve

  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive demeanor
