POSITION TITLE: Training Coordinator
Responsible for providing support in administering training and organizational development programs.
Responsible for various Training + Development (T+D) activities with a specific focus on store training, including creating product knowledge videos, flyers, daily briefings, loss prevention training for all field employees, managing enrollments, scheduling and coordinating logistics for our Learning Management System.
Responsible for tracking all current and past training for Field associates and running reports as needed.
Create/update user guides/manuals for training and systems as needed.
Create/update training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, marketing tools/handouts, tips/tools pages and classroom handouts.
Create and maintain calendar for training and high level T+D activities.
Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
EDUCATION: Associate Degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 0-2 Years
