About the job

The Training Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and delivery of company training programs.

Your tasks

  • Conducts departmental new hire training and orientation for staff.

  • Develops curriculums and delivers classroom training.

  • Contributes to the design and development of new programs and existing program enhancements.

  • Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress.

  • Effectively communicates department processes necessary to meet company standards.

  • Creates reports including status updates on training issues and initiatives.

  • Schedules training events and communicates details.

  • Reliable attendance is a must

  • Other duties as assigned
