QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.

  • A minimum of two (2) years' experience in Human Services or related field, with demonstrated background in training and development.

  • Preferred areas of interest/certificates areas: Health Information Management and Technology, Information Technology, Communications, Education, User Experience, Business, Etc.

  • Ability to quickly learn new software programs.

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent customer focus.

  • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Technical ability.

  • Ability to identify and implement new processes.

  • Experience handling complex, ambiguous situations and resolving problems with urgency.

  • Demonstrated experience with developing tracking systems that produce analytics and results to help with outcomes.

  • Experiences with blended learning and not only delivering training, but the development of materials, content and implementation.

  • Exceptional communication skills-both verbal and written and face-to-face solicitation.

  • Must be able to collaborate and work within a team, Human Capital, and with stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to perform the essential duties of the role; a motor vehicle check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record per the LSS Driver Safety Procedure is required, and ability to meet LSS auto insurance requirements.

TRAVEL: Ability to travel up to 20% based on program's needs. Predominately day trips, but some overnights will be required.
