QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
A minimum of two (2) years' experience in Human Services or related field, with demonstrated background in training and development.
Preferred areas of interest/certificates areas: Health Information Management and Technology, Information Technology, Communications, Education, User Experience, Business, Etc.
Ability to quickly learn new software programs.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent customer focus.
Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical ability.
Ability to identify and implement new processes.
Experience handling complex, ambiguous situations and resolving problems with urgency.
Demonstrated experience with developing tracking systems that produce analytics and results to help with outcomes.
Experiences with blended learning and not only delivering training, but the development of materials, content and implementation.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to perform the essential duties of the role; a motor vehicle check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record per the LSS Driver Safety Procedure is required, and ability to meet LSS auto insurance requirements.
TRAVEL: Ability to travel up to 20% based on program's needs. Predominately day trips, but some overnights will be required.
