Responsible for providing support to the Training Department including clerical, administrative, coordinating training calendars, schedules, and assisting trainers with training.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members. Performs excellent customer service at all times.
Assists with promotions and announcements of upcoming training programs and events.
Coordinates scheduling of Team Members and groups for training.
Maintains the Training Calendar.
Maintains Team Member training records.
Maintains sufficient inventory of supplies, materials, collateral for the Training Department.
Processes supply and materials orders, as necessary.
Assists with preparation and distribution of training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluations forms, and visual aids; and ensures classrooms / computer lab are set up for classes.
Maintains statistical data for the department, prepares reports and correspondence, as needed.
Organizes and maintains an accurate filing system of records, reports, and training materials.
Assists with development, planning, and participates in special projects as requested or assigned.
Assists trainers with training facilitation, as needed.
Performs any reasonable request made by management, including but not limited to ushering and ticket processing for CGRC events.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of two years administrative or clerical experience required. Experience in education/training, human resources, guest service, or gaming operations preferred.
Strong computer skills are required with proficiency in appropriate software such as Microsoft Office Suite. Must accurately type 35 to 40 wpm. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Bi-lingual in Spanish/English preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of Team Members. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from Team Members, property leadership, or members of the business community.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
