Overview

St. Luke's Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Training Coordinator 2 Ed to join our Clinical Learning team.

Unit/Position SummaryThe Training Coordinator is responsible for ensuring high quality onboarding, orientation, and/or program offerings that drive engagement with the organization, meet regulatory requirements, and fulfill customer requests.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of key Clinical Learning and Student Services programs, initiatives, contracts, applications and policies to ensure a high quality program.

  • Engages with stakeholders to develop documents, including program materials, schedules, reports or other data.

  • Provides technical and analytical support and training related to Clinical Learning and Student Services needs for employees and students within SLHS.

  • Partners with internal and external customers to test, deliver and validate program development and ensure consistency with organizational goals and objectives which may include delivering orientation and placement services, providing preceptor learning and development resources, and delivering professional presentations.

  • Coordinates the maintenance of records of student requests and placements, educational activities and employee or student progress and monitors effectiveness of programs; obtains feedback related to student experiences; collects, analyzes and reports data on student rotations.

  • Coordinates participation in outside training programs by SLHS employees.

  • Serves as a liaison with internal and external customers to ensure excellent customer service in alignment with the SLHS mission.

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

  • Experience: 2 years additional relevant experience.

  • Licenses/Certifications: None
