Training Content Developer

We are looking for a Training Content Developer to join our team in Londonderry, NH.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be developing training course content for both internal and external audiences focused on product certification. Training development includes face-to-face materials as well as online or web based learning content as well as certification exams.

• Consult with subject matter experts in order to develop and deliver technical training materials, courseware and learning checks. Author web based learning programs, digital video content, WebEx sessions, digital animations and written content for technical training topics related to EFI products.

• Work with standard e-learning development tools in order to create professional training content and certification programs for both software and machine operation as well as repair instruction training events.

• Assist in syllabus creation and class organization as well as develop materials to support classroom and lab based activities

• Collaborate with service personnel in order to maintain training materials and improve personal product knowledge

• Calendar coordination of program participants using Outlook.

• Responsible for follow-up activity to ensure closure on outstanding responses.

• Post upcoming classes and training materials into LMS

• Track enrollment in courses and programs and follow up with participants as needed

• Order and ship training materials. Ensure materials arrive at the destination in a timely manner

• Review Post training survey results and create simple analytics in Excel that provide insight to participation and understanding of content.

• Schedule trainings in our Londonderry Training Center

Requirements

• AA in Instructional Design, Graphic Arts, Education or equivalent experience

• Experience with creating and delivering Web Based Learning content

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills

• Experience with Litmos Learning Management System

• High attention to detail

• Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
