Day in the life of our Training Assistant General Managers:
Coach, manage, and train new restaurant managers
Manage, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding
Implement and facilitate comprehensive training program initiated for management employees
Support methods for evaluating and measuring training effectiveness
Effectively communicate to the training, operations, and HR leadership team to make sure the Freebirds message is consistent
Provide feedback and partner with training department to constantly improve processes
Build and maintain a strong team culture- Your Vibe, attracts your Tribe!
Do you have what it takes?
3+ years of restaurant management experience from a high-volume restaurant concept
2+ years of experience training and developing leadership team members
Must be effective at listening, communicating and evaluating manager trainees
Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations
Food Safety Manager Certification
Must have valid state driver's license and insurance
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
