Job Summary:
The person holding this role is accountable for the End to End Product / Application lifecycle, from conception, design, industrialization, operation to retirement including management of dependencies. They are responsible for Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) formation in order to manage the IM Product / Application lifecycle. They will find opportunities and create products that will satisfy the client / end user including Time, Quality, and Cost of the Product. They will combine project management experience but also a highly developed drive to improve existing systems and processes, and an innovative mind-set to develop novel solutions for evolving challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Product Development & Project Management: 70%
Leads the IM Product/Application MFT team in order to manage the IM Product/Application lifecycle, developing the products, deploying, and then operating them to meet operational SLAs
Ensures that the known Product/Application's vision is translated into a prioritized backlog in alignment with the business product owner
Apply business process expertise to resolve technology related challenges & issues
Capture high level business requirements and scope in the Project Initiation Form
Elicit and capture detailed business requirements including scope and objectives to populate the Business Requirements Document (BRD) or functional specifications for changes
Translate and simplify requirements through the requirements gathering process by performing requirements analysis to document true business needs
Assist the business partners by providing inputs and guidance into Business Case development
Contribute to Project Planning to identify/remediate any gaps between as-is Functional Architecture and Solution definition/operation needs.
Propose added-value solutions based on the latest innovative technologies to extend Airbus Standards referential.
Coordinate and support the successful delivery of Systems (Deployment, UAT and Training), creation of test data and test documentation
Deliver the solution by SAP Customizing or by assisting SAP Development
Document SAP Business Change Requests
Provide Level 2 and 3 Help desk Application support
End User support for Training and MRO Departments
Steer & Communications: 25%
Be the main interface between the IM organization and business partners
Be an advocate for IM and communicate IM activities to business partners
Provide regular communication with Business on progress, technical solutions, solutions delivery schedule
Contribute to IM skills and knowledge ramp-up proposing Awareness, Training, Demonstrations, and Proof of Concept on any interesting new concepts or technologies.
Infuses new ways of working and digital culture among their peers in IM
Enables top-down or bottom-up communication, and all-ways exchanges between project partners about way of working and best processes in order to get the maximum business value

Onsite: 60% (3 days on site, 2 days remote)
Vision: able to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings daily.
Hearing: able to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on the production floor including safety warnings or alarms daily.
