The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Training and Quality Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The person hired for the position of Training and Quality Analyst will engage with our internal HIS staff both remotely and on onsite to facilitate training during new employee onboarding as well as on-demand for existing team members. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Introduction, demonstration, and training of users on 3M HIS components and products.

  • Delivery of live classroom- and web- based training, as well as contribution to asynchronous training

  • Serve as a stakeholder in ongoing training modifications, updates, and maintenance as you collaborate with other cross-functional teams such as Development, Support, Training, etc.

  • Leading the creation of a learning data & analytics framework, including creating/enhancing/maintaining reports and data visualization dashboards to identify macro and micro trends

  • Analyzing data / metrics from multiple systems to help identify key areas that need attention, justify resource utilization, support product lifecycle, and support user experience.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from(completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution OR a minimum of eight (8) years of Health Care Industry support experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree education requirement

  • Five (5) years of experience with Physician billing and coding

  • Experience with Inpatient/Outpatient coding (e.g. ICD-10-CM, PCS, CPT)

  • Experience using a Coding and Reimbursement System (CRS)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree with focus on Health Care: Health Information Management, Public Health, Business

  • Experience with the delivery of live classroom and web-based training, as well as contribution to asynchronous training

  • Experience with 3M 360 Encompass or 360 Professional or related software

  • Possess one or more of the following certifications: Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Coding Specialist

  • Physician-based (CCS-P), and/or ICD-10 Certified Trainer
  • Health Information Systems training experience

Location: HIS office or a remote U.S. work location

Travel: May include up to 25%

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Build meaningful relationship with patients and their family in an intimate outpatient setting. * A team that feels and functions like a family. Staff RNs are a central part of a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians. Work alongside and support technicians, other nurses, dietitians, social workers, physicians and the center manager. * Fun is one of our core values. Happier nurses = healthier patients. * Specialized, complex care. RNs deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge. * Fast paced. Our RNs oversee a group of patients (census dependent on state laws) with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up. You will work with your head, heart and hands each day. * Schedule. Shifts are typically 10-12 hours, 3-4 days per week. Schedule times will vary by locations but most of our RNs work early morning or days shifts.
