Wholesale Benefits is looking for a Training and Events Manager who is responsible for building awareness of Wholesale Benefits and its clients, educate and train new and potential customers on the benefits of Wholesale Benefits client services, and serve as the public-facing representative of both Wholesale Benefits and its clients. The ideal candidate is outgoing, highly organized and tech savvy.

This position is located at ABD's Seattle office.
The position reports to the Wholesale Benefits Director of Marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Plan and execute training events (live and digital), appreciation events, client meetings, and marketing events.
Represent and promote Wholesale Benefits and its clients at industry events, sponsorship events, trade shows, networking events and client appreciation events.
Facilitate, educate and train on Wholesale Benefits technology platform to retail health insurance brokers and other distribution partners.
Educate and provide training to retail health insurance brokers and other distribution partners on the features and benefits of various insurance products Wholesale Benefits is under contract with our clients to promote.
Coordinate and facilitate annual accreditation of retail health insurance brokers and other distribution partners.
Communicate and promote new products and services to enhance existing relationships.
Assist marketing with the design, writing and execution of client communications, including PowerPoint presentations, fliers, website updates and email blasts as they relate to their role.
Identify opportunities for marketing campaigns to increase sales.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, assist in development of company and client selling propositions an differentiator.
Manage client relationships through regularly scheduled meetings.
Act as a liaison between clients, sales and marketing teams to increase sales. Report on monthly activities.
Identify new opportunities to grow business.
May be assigned other responsibilities and tasks as needed to support strategic vision of the client.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or something related is required.
2-3 years of training experience (life trainings, webinars, etc)
Experience in designing, writing, and producing training materials.
Wholesales insurance knowledge, Employee Benefits insurance knowledge are a plus.
Able to travel for 15% of work (primarily on the West Coast of USA)
Salesforce and/or Marketo experience is a plus.
