Cudd Energy Services is hiring for a Training and Development Specialist to work in our corporate office located in The Woodlands, TX. In addition to the essential duties of the position, an ideal candidate would have a knowledge base in operating either pressure pumping or pressure control equipment, as well as general experience in training and development roles. This position primarily focuses on the maintenance and creation of competency-based, operational training programs.

Coordinates and supports training programs and classroom instruction activities.
Essential Duties include the following:
Communicates with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.
Designs, develops, coordinates and conducts various aspects of training programs.
Facilitates group meetings in support of service line standards, equipment training manuals, or other similar tools.
Conducts on the job coaching and training in support of the service line training programs.
Coordinates and prepares course related materials such as classroom audio/video setup, workbooks, chemical demonstrations, handouts, and other related items in support of course instructors.
Facilitates course after action reviews and works with instructors to make suggested improvements.
Utilizes known education principles and stays uptodate on new training methods and techniques.
Assists with Basic Leadership Course facilitation, as needed.
Participates in development of annual training budget.
Occasionally travels to district or field locations to gain an understanding of the business and provide context for completing the position's essential duties.
Other duties as assigned.
