ABOUT THIS POSITION

  • Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise military vehicle, material handing equipment or Force Sustainment System (FSS) training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.

  • Develops all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).

  • Develops all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).

  • Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, computer based/computer aided training.

  • Requires 75% travel.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years training experience. In lieu of degree a total of 9 years experience.

  • Requires 9 years of experience as an Instructor providing training on U.S. Army or USMC vehicles, Material Handling Equipment or Force Sustainment Systems.

  • Formal Instructor training required.

  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Passport required and ability to travel 75% of the time.

  • Must be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. unassisted and be physically able to access all areas of military equipment and vehicles without assistance.

  • Requires clear use of the English language both in public speaking and in writing.

  • Above average familiarity with MS Office software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook).

VIEW JOBS 3/9/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-07T00:00 Job Description IT CHANGE MANAGEMENT FACILITATOR - NORTH AMERICAN BANCARD - Troy, MI The Change Management Coordinator (CMC) is part of the Information Systems team and will be responsible for managing technical change within the organization. The primary responsibility will be to own the documentation requirements in addition to creating and reviewing change management policies to meet the needs of the organization. This position will also ensure compliance and regulatory practices are followed for PCI, SOC, HIPAA and other company requirements. The CMC plays a vital role by working closely with leadership in helping define and quantify key change factors to ensure consistency, improve predictability and transparency in regards to change events. The accuracy of requirements fulfillment is critical to this role. This involves proactive communications to key stakeholders and leadership, preparing for change events, reporting on the outcome, and coordinating the planned change schedule to prevent changes for interfering with one another. What else you will be doing: * Lead and facilitate the Change Advisory Board meetings * Track the success of the Change Management process by closely tracking key metrics: event results, number of changes waiting and the number of Emergency changes required * Develop Change Models to streamline the process and reduce the risk for various types of change * Serve as a single point of contact for questions related to change related activities within the organization. * Assume responsibility for the quality of each change requests to ensure corporate standards and PCI compliance requirements are met * Work with technical teams to ensure effective, efficient workflows that capture critical data points and documentation * Effectively communicates and collaborates between technical teams, project management teams and the business stakeholders * Drive organizational awareness of the importance of change management Job Requirements What we need from you: * Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a combination of experience and education * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Project manager or related job * Extensive experience with documenting processes and process changes to include common IT process management methodologies * Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills * Strong time management skills * Understanding in developing change management tools * Demonstrated ability in the use of Microsoft and G-Suite programs * Ability to analyze and adapt to new and changing priorities quickly * Ability to lead group discussions and achieve results during discussion and vetting of technical topics * Strong ability to communicate project needs to all levels of staff, including management How to be an all star: ????
