Training Analyst/Facilitator III
ABOUT THIS POSITION
Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise military vehicle, material handing equipment or Force Sustainment System (FSS) training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.
Develops all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).
Develops all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, computer based/computer aided training.
Requires 75% travel.
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years training experience. In lieu of degree a total of 9 years experience.
Requires 9 years of experience as an Instructor providing training on U.S. Army or USMC vehicles, Material Handling Equipment or Force Sustainment Systems.
Formal Instructor training required.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Passport required and ability to travel 75% of the time.
Must be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. unassisted and be physically able to access all areas of military equipment and vehicles without assistance.
Requires clear use of the English language both in public speaking and in writing.
Above average familiarity with MS Office software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook).
