Trainer Operations Department (Weekend Shift) (50388)

Job Responsibilities

• Train all new team members on the proper way to perform their role, explain where to go and who to contact for questions and issues

• Show and explain to team members where to find supplies and materials needed to perform their job

• Conduct on-the-job training and follow-up training to ensure proper procedures are being followed

• Work with new team members to ensure they have the appropriate system access and verify the team member's quality and performance based on system metrics

• Provide operations assistance on the Production floor (within the department) when the department supervisor and/ or the Senior Trainer are away in meetings

• Recommend improvements to your Senior Trainer and/or Supervisor when you notice problem areas and/or have suggested ways to improve processes or roles

• Complete other tasks/duties not listed above that support Marleylilly's operational success

Job Requirements

• High school diploma with at least 1 years of experience in a manufacturing/ distribution center and/or equivalent demonstrated expertise within the department

• Excellent communicator - written and verbal

• Fast learner

• Extremely organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once

• Excellent computer skills to help develop and deliver training programs

Inventory/Picking and Induction

• Print and sticker individual orders from the computer system.

• Picking all orders out of inventory locations and transporting the items through the building to the correct department to be personalized.

• Paying close attention to order dates and ensuring the oldest orders are handled first.

• Paying close attention to the individual items being pulled and ensuring they are labeled with the correct size, color, type, etc.

• Restocking empty inventory locations with more products.

• Repackaging items as necessary.

• Communicating to managers & team leads ASAP when an item cannot be found.

• Induct raw goods inventory and complete customer orders into the system.

Fulfillment

• Picking customer orders and verifying the order is complete

• Packaging complete orders in the appropriate bag/box for shipment

• Shipping the customer order based on the weight and size requirements to ensure correct shipping rate, and labeling the package with a prepaid shipping label.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

• Office, Manufacturing, and Warehousing Environment

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time

• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse, manufacturing, and office areas

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
