Job Title Trainer Job Description Ensure core training is conducted for new employees within assigned facility(s) Conduct initial and refresher functional training within assigned facility(s) Conduct functional certification process, to include training, measurement, and testing as part of official certification for hourly positions within the facility(s) Conduct safety training and other training as needed within assigned facility(s) Monitor LIFE (Learning in Field Experience) for assigned facility to ensure full compliance with established training policies, procedures and objectives Conduct CIT street inspections and observation rides for assigned facility(s) as part of functional certification process Track and report on all required city and state permits and/or licenses for assigned facility(s), and monitor and report training requirement changes affecting those permits and/or licenses Ensure that safety and security equipment and supplies are in place at all times within the facility(s): Radios, Firearms, Vests, Uniforms and Equipment Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned Guard liability and assets About Brink's Brink's is the global leader in security and logistics services, trusted by banks, financial institutions and businesses in both public and private sectors. VIEW JOBS 9/27/2022 12:00:00 AM 2022-12-26T00:00 <p>The Sales Software Trainer is primarily responsible for training and supporting the Ken Garff Dealerships on software that is used during the customer purchase process including DMS and DMS tools, digital retail tools, CRM tools and inventory management tools. The Sales Software Trainer is also responsible for assuring that we are maximizing our utilization of our sales software and will provide utilization reports to executive management team. This role will also assist IT in the installation of sales software that is deemed necessary in the future including DMS, CRM, Inventory, and other software.</p><p>The key competencies for this role include:</p><ul><li><p>Results Orientation - the ability to plan and achieve business goals within the timelines established</p></li><li><p>Teamwork - ability to work with others to effectively enhance results or processes</p></li><li><p>Problem Solving - ability to root cause problems and present solutions</p></li><li><p>Interpersonal Skills - the ability to interact with employees and customers at all levels</p></li><li><p>Communication - ability to identify and deliver critical information to the appropriate parties</p></li><li><p>Leadership &amp; Example Setting - the ability to motivate dealership employees and model desired behaviors</p></li><li><p>IT - proficient in the use of Dealer Management Systems and dealership Sales related software</p></li></ul><p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li><p>Dealer visits in and out of state (up to 75% travel)</p></li><li><p>Execute Sales Training for GSM, Sales Managers and Sales Advisors on Sales Software and Technology</p></li><li><p>Analyze sales technology utilization including docuPAD, Digital Retail, CRM and inventory management tools</p></li><li><p>Inventory Management knowledge and training for managers</p></li><li><p>Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Reynolds &amp; Reynolds (including docPAD) and/or future DMS or CRM systems</p></li><li><p>Assessment, recommendation, development, testing, implementation and troubleshooting of all software/hardware solutions used in sales processes and cross-functionally as needed</p></li><li><p>Act as liaison between Sales Operations Team and IT Team coordinating acquisitions, installations, and support</p></li><li><p>Communicate with Regional Sr. Leadership regarding Sales Technology performance</p></li><li><p>Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws</p></li><li><p>Proactively participate in Compliance processes to protect customers, employees and company assets</p></li><li><p>Ensure Ken Garff Company Standards are in place and properly executed in dealerships</p></li><li><p>Participation and Support of cross-functional team initiatives tied to business goals</p></li><li><p>Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with Factory Programs/P&amp;P, federal, state and local regulations that affect sales operations, such as Non-Public Information protection (Privacy), Red Flags, OFAC, Lenders, etc.</p></li></ul><p>QUALIFICATIONS: All employees must adhere to the below Company Values: Treat People RIGHT</p><p>Respect - we treat everyone with genuine care &amp; concern</p><p>Intelligence - we learn, grow and adapt</p><p>Greatness - we are consistently exceptional in our work and continually improve</p><p>Honesty - we keep our commitments, tell the complete truth, and act with integrity</p><p>Teamwork - we understand responsibilities of teamwork and pull our own weight</p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to listen and speak as part of expressing or exchange ideas. The employee utilizes a computer necessitating repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers.</p><p>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</p><p>While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly in an office environment.
