New team member initial training.
Assist with on-going education.
Assist with new client implementation.
Assist with on-going client education.
Assist in developing and maintaining current training materials.
Attend seminars and payer workshops.
Monitor payer websites for policy and process changes.
Schedule and track training sessions.
Stay current with CBO policies, processes, and software.
Other duties as assigned.
Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment. Manual dexterity needed for using a calculator and computer keyboard. Light lifting could be required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & TRAINING:
Requires High School education or equivalency; medical courses or college preferred.
Medical billing experience with preferred minimum of one year employment at the Billing Office.
Advanced knowledge of computers, computer programs, and office equipment.
Microsoft Office Skills:Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
Presentation skills preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of policies and procedures within the Billing Office.
