The opportunity:

• Performs administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods.

• Communicates and coordinates with transportation companies.

• Handles routine questions and problems and maintains open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle.

• Confirms the accuracy of invoices, bills and charges relative to the shipment of goods.

• Logs order information into the computer and files and distributes paperwork as necessary.

• Maintains records and generates reports for accounting and other areas.

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 11AM - 7:30 PM

Who you are?:

• You hold a High School diploma or equivalent with 1 year of work experience

• English proficiency required to maintain, ensure, and promote safety requirements and procedures for required machinery

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred:

• Detailed understanding of the principles and applications of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 9001 and understanding of appropriate safety procedures

• Basic computer skills with proficiency using standard software packages (Word and Excel), and competence in SAP.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is 31,900.00 - 59,200.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
