Traffic Dispatcher Team Supervisor at Frito-Lay
Are you looking to take a step forward in your career with a leading role in a dynamic team? Frito-Lay is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join us as a Traffic Dispatcher Supervisor. This position plays a crucial role in our logistics and distribution operations, providing both leadership and functional expertise.
Schedule:
Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00.
Days Off: Friday and Saturday.
Responsibilities
Provides daily work direction to frontline associates
Creates training and delivers developmental materials for dispatch teams; facilitates team meetings
Weekday dispatch scheduling
Dispatch 2nd to 3rd shift handoff
Hostler team direction/issue resolution
Weekend dispatch decision making/tradeoff/run coverage
Dispatch coverage when no alternate solution is available
Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics
DPS, YMS, SAP, Microsoft Suite
Leads daily performance meetings and reviews
Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action
Makes daily decisions impacting the business
Handles all team performance and personnel issues
Manages time and payroll systems
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950 based on a full-time schedule
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Associates degree or equivalent background preferred
Experience in Traffic Preferred
3 + years' experience in Supervising Others Preferred
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others
Able to Instruct and Teach Others
Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities
Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures
Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
