The Traffic Project Manager for the agency disseminates all produced assets to media vendors based on the media buy. Their role is critical to ensuring buys are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
Responsible for superior execution of trafficking needs and deliverables across a designated set of clients
Ensure that we are adhering to deadlines, proper execution across placements, and driving efficiencies across teams
Work with Account Management and Media leads to obtain direction for creative fulfillment and trafficking including markets, messaging, assets, and run dates for each individual asset
Generate Creative ID # per asset on the Creative ID Tracker (utilized in the trafficking process and dashboards)
Input Creative ID #/traffic by media type into the master Smartsheet documents & MIO sheets
Coordinate final traffic approval with the Account Management and/or Client Team prior to the release of traffic instructions to external vendors
Ensure all creative assets are trafficked by the due date as requested by media partners/PMG/MDS/etc. and as outlined in partner SLA's
Including but not limited to Broadcast / Digital / SEM / Social / YouTube / OOH / Print
Manage all Existing Estimate requests for broadcast (if applicable)
Work directly with Media and/or Account Management to ensure all spots (shells, fills, and finished spots) are within cycle (if applicable)

Qualifications
1-3 years of related advertising experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Skillset suitable for checking details and meeting many deadlines
Grasp of agency operations to know how the departments work together to get to the final output that hits the trafficking team
