The Spirit of the Position:

The Traffic Director directs traffic and helps keep the flow of traffic moving on a specific route and/or direction at a COVID testing site. This position might also require some minimal customer interaction. Attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of cars is preferred.

Principal Job Duties:

  • Greet customers and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the parkers in your assigned area.

  • Assist customers in lots/garages and help direct traffic.

  • Promote good customer relations by consistently showing a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.

  • Must work with or without supervision.

  • Other related duties as assigned

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

  • Strong customer service experience.

Skills:

  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.

  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.

  • Must be open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view.

  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.

  • Demonstrates the ability to seek improvement

  • Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.

  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.

  • Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.

  • Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.

  • Ability to utilize two hands to hold flag and sign while directing traffic.

Intervene and assist clinically with clients as needed (i.e. crisis intervention, APA risk, special needs, etc.)<br /> 7. Responsible for overseeing the timely completion of the psychosocial assessments, clinical admission notes and master treatment plans for all new admissions.<br /> 8.  Assist therapist as needed, with services for dual diagnosis clients. Responsible for ensuring the delivery of appropriate services for dual diagnosis clients.<br /> 9.  Oversee therapist facilitating the family therapy program including running groups, family assessment, and communication with family members, individual sessions and crisis intervention as needed.<br /> 10.  Participate in the quality assurance and utilization review activities of the facility.<br /> 11.  Participate in weekly treatment planning meetings with program director, therapists and counselors.<br /> 12.  Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, HIPPA, state and Joint Commission regulatory requirements.<br /> 13.  Manage all Clinical Staff and lead weekly treatment team meetings.<br /> 14.  Collaborate with professionals both within and outside the facility as appropriate.<br /> <br /> Requirements:<br /> <br /> 1.  Licensed therapist for California, LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist or similar.<br /> 2.  Licensed for a minimum of 2 years.<br /> 3.  Experience in a managerial, supervisory role.<br /> 4.  Experience working with trauma.<br /> 5.  Experience working with residential treatment.<br /> <br /> Compensation:  $85,000-$100,000 with room for growth California Job Shop Palm Springs CA
