What You'll Do:

This position will work with multiple crews on commercial parking lots, city streets, county roads, and interstate highways.

• Responsible for setting up lane closures on high-traffic projects in accordance with TDOT regulations and at the direction of your Supervisor.

• Help manage and direct traffic flow using stop/slow paddles, hand signals, and flags per trained procedures.

• Willing to assist the crew with manual labor duties as needed.

Skills You'll Need:

Experience. We are willing to train the right individual on the daily operations for traffic control. Experience working road construction in high-traffic areas is a plus but not required.

Knowledge of Best Practices. Knowledge of general principles and practices of industrial maintenance, construction, or aggregate production is preferred.

Flexibility. Must be able to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.

Ready to Drive. Must have a valid driver's license.
