Traffic Control Crew Lead

Job Description Job Description We are looking for experience Traffic Control Crew Leads to join our team with strong knowledge of Traffic control services and who places safety and excellence in work. Responsibilities:

• Leads Responsible to lead the work of crew performing job

• Leads Determine and demonstrate proper work site protection techniques

• Leads Ensure crew has proper personal protection equipment

• Leads Maintain current knowledge of safety rules, regulations, laws, and procedures and train crew members in proper safety methods

• Leads Promote safety as a top priority, and continuously monitor work site to ensure safety procedures are followed

• Leads Maintain work sites to ensure the safety of work crew, landowners, and the traveling public

• Leads Apply proper configuration for detours, lane closures, work zones, etc

• Leads Take corrective action when unsafe conditions are identified

• Leads perform equipment repair, replacement, and preventative maintenance checks and services

• Leads Complete or oversee pre-trip inspections for any vehicle or equipment operated

• Leads Participate as a leader or working member of the crew to complete projects and accomplish objectives
