Tradesman Plumber

Hedrick's Service Now of Dallas, TX is seeking a full-time Tradesman Plumber for a permanent position doing mostly residential plumbing service, repair and replacement of all types in the Dallas, TX area. This position earns a competitive hourly salary plus commission, dependent on experience. You will troubleshoot and offer solutions and options to homeowners while always keeping their best interest in mind. You will maintain a safe work area and clean vehicle.

You will organize job materials and truck inventory. You will be expected to communicate in a professional manner when in uniform.

We want to help you earn your hours to become a Journeyman Plumber. We pay for your state continuing education courses, select state exam prep courses, and state exams. We have a great group of people that are enjoyable to work with and are eager to help develop the next generation of plumbers.

Our on-call is extremely limited. We only take true emergencies from existing clients and warranty situations.

Therefore, we do have a plumber assigned to the on-call rotation at all times. There may also be times when a client may need to have a phone conversation with the plumber who is on-call to hold them over to regular business hours.
