• The Facility Maintenance Technician IV (Trades Specialist IV) assists with miscellaneous facility projects, including painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures, moving furniture or materials with the facility.

• Utilizes a work order system to log actives as required; performs basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and repairs tasks according to services, quality, and safety standards; Following standard operating procedures, installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety.

This position is located on the Airport Campus in the Operations department.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent and formal training or trade experience that is directly related to the area of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

Performs complex maintenance and repair tasks in such areas as carpentry, masonry, electricity, heating, venting and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and boiler operation. Assists with miscellaneous facility projects including painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures within the facilities. Utilizes a work order system to log actives as required.
