Under general to limited supervision, performs semi-skilled trades duties in the performance of repairs, maintenance, and constructions of bridges as well as operates motorized equipment.

Assists in bridge construction and maintenance activities with general supervision.

Assists in removal of old maintenance bridge decks as part of the replacement process. Operates various tools and equipment in a safe and productive manner. Performs traffic control flagging operations to control flow of traffic to protect workers, general public, and equipment.

Assists in bridge construction and placement if new bridge slabs with general supervision.

Assists in the loading and unloading of materials to support the job. Performs equipment inspection checklist as required for CDL equipment.

Assists other state/district/county crews as needed. Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.

Minimum and Additional

A 10th grade education and three and one-half (3.5) years of related trades experience; or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations.

A valid commercial driver's license. (Note): This position requires a class A commercial driver's license. However, applicants without a class A commercial driver's license will be considered if no qualified applicants with a class A commercial driver's license are available. However, applicants are required to obtain a class A commercial driver's license within six (6) months of employment.

May be required to work overtime, nights, weekends or holidays, and during inclement weather or other emergencies.

To learn more, visit Job Description The Consumer Loan Processor III is primarily responsible for providing support to the lending areas by reviewing the accuracy of consumer loans from conditional approval to closing. Requirements * Contacts customers directly to obtain conditions placed by lender or mortgage underwriter. * Prepares required loan documentation for approved loan applications such as disclosures. * Provides support to customers, branches, and lending staff as needed. * Contacts customers to collect and review additional information as necessary. * Answers phones in queue as well as personal line to assist customers. * May test new systems and documentation software. * May assist in training of Loan Processer I and II. * Processes all specialty products. * Reviews and verifies all required support materials, such as, titles, and floods to ensure the files are ready for closing. * Does NOT negotiate terms and conditions of loan. * Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position. Qualifications * HS Diploma or GED required. * 1-3 years loan documentation experience. * 1-3 years loan processing experience preferred. * Knowledge of Bank loan products and policies. * Knowledge of lending software. * Detail-oriented with ability to multitask. * Ability to handle heavy workload and meet stringent deadlines. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with all customers, both internal and external. * Solid knowledge and understanding of states' regulations. * PC skills. * Ability to work a flexible schedule (rotation of nights and/or weekends).
