Trades Dispatch Manager For Growing Home Services Company

We are looking for you to be our new Dispatch Manager! Service Minds is a fast growing home services company and our dispatch team is the heart of our business! We have multiple locations in the state of Florida and Alabama and have set the stage for exponential growth over the next five years.

Our Dispatch Manager will:

• manage the dispatch team and their daily activities and results as they manage service calls and technicians across the state of Florida
• truly understand dispatching for profit
• manage communication to customers and technicians as well as management
• collaborate with our call center daily to adjust capacity and handle emergency calls for service
• train the dispatch team on their role in revenue generation and profit
• meet regularly with other Trade Support leaders to anticipate company needs and ensure the department workflow meets those needs
• be proactive, planning for growth and responding appropriately
• coach the dispatch team and review work regularly
• provide regular reporting to leadership on KPIs such as cancellation rate and on-time rate

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Proactive problem solver

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Energetic, collaborative, strategic and creative

• Results-oriented self-starter

• At least 3 years of Dispatch experience, preferably in a multi-site operation

• At least 2 years in a leadership or management role

• Proficient with office technology

• Knowledge of Service Titan a plus
