Overview

Generac Power Systems Work with the leader in the power industry! Our office in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Trade Coordinator.

The Trade Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Generac Trade Compliance team with the administration and operation of Generac Power Systems Export and Import compliance and operations process. Responsibilities include assisting internal departments and international business units with shipments; including reviewing export documents, arranging communications between internal and external stakeholders and processing shipment requests.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties:
50%

  • Ensure all required trade documents are complete and accurate, as well as, correctly and timely transmitted to appropriate parties; including international drop shipments for Generac and its subsidiaries.
    25%

  • Assist in reviewing and resolving Denied Party Screening results.
    25%

  • Monitor and manage the international trade compliance department mailbox and processing all requests timely.

Other Duties as assigned and the following:

  • Conduct post-EEI filing audits;

  • Assist with HTS and ECCN classification;

  • See to it that EPA documentary requirements have been met

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience;
  • 2+ years of administrative experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP;
  • Experience working with export and import documentation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of manufacturing environment, materials and processes;

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills in both verbal and written format;

  • Knowledge of export and import documentation;

  • Knowledge of SAP or Equivalent ERP;

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work with a minimal amount of supervision;

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Other duties may be assigned. * Plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs Lifestyle Enrichment programming according to care plan practices and resident needs. May assist in developing and implementing activity policies and procedures. Monitors changes in current federal and state regulations, as well as professional standards. * Leads, participates or attends activities functions (on multiple shifts) frequently to assure that quality control measures are maintained. * Plans and implements programming based on GROW themes, initiatives and requirements. * Prepares and plans the Lifestyle Enrichment department's budget for food, equipment, supplies, and labor, and submits requirements to community management as required. * Develops and maintains a good rapport with residents and all staff involved with the care plan/senior resident needs to ensure that a team effort is achieved in developing a comprehensive plan of care. * Visits residents and provides assistance with Activities of Daily Living where applicable. * Provides written and/or oral reports of the programs and activities as required. Reports any Lifestyle Enrichment operational concerns to Executive Director/Director of Lifestyle Enrichment. * Meets with management team and Executive Director on a regular basis to develop, conduct, and evaluate activities and cost containment. * Coordinates offsite resident activities and drives the community bus when needed. QUALIFICATIONS * Associate Degree in O.T., Therapeutic Recreation Specialist or demonstrated experience as a Lifestyle Enrichment Professional. * Must have a minimum of two years experience in a social or recreation program within the last five years, two of which was full time in a resident Lifestyle Enrichment program in a health care setting.
