Position Description:

Zarbees Naturals, part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Consumer Companies, is currently recruiting for a Trade Compliance & Customer Service Analyst. This position will report to the Director of Supply Chain Logistics & Integration.

Trade Compliance:

oProvide import / export requirements as international shipping is evaluated

oManaging all compliance aspects of international trade ensuring company and government requirements are fulfilled

Order Management:

oOrder processing (Retail & Samples)

oError correction (EDI, UPC, New Item Setup, Pricing, etc.)

oCompliance to customer routing guides (ASN, labels, carriers, etc.)

oProactive communication on stock out's / cuts

Performance Management:

oMature performance management capabilities

oDevelop and Publish scorecard(s) on an agreed upon cadence

oProvide analysis on KPI's at or below goal with recommendations on corrective actions to improve performance



BA/BS degree is required

Experiences & Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years Supply Chain experience required

  • Minimum of 2 years Trade Compliance experience required

  • Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred

  • Performance Management experience preferred

  • ERP experience required, NetSuite or SAP preferred

  • Background: Supply Chain, Logistics, Order Management, Trade Compliance, Performance Management

  • Outstanding analytical skills

  • Detailed orientation to the work

  • Strategic problem solving

  • Capacity to collaborate cross functionally

  • Demonstrate leadership to deliver consistent results

  • Ability to multi task in a face paced environment

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, small company environment is preferred

  • Willing to go above and beyond the job to help the team win
