LKQ is looking to hire a highly reliable and skilled Shuttle Driver with knowledge of LKQ products, warehouse methods, techniques, and procedures. The Shuttle Driver must have complete knowledge of driving procedures, possess a CDL, and have an excellent driving record. The Shuttle Driver's role at LKQ is the movement of parts to other locations throughout the region. The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for loading, unloading, heavy lifting, safely driving, and delivering parts as well as documenting information and delivering excellent customer service.

Essential Job Duties

  • Drives a truck to transfer product between locations, wholesalers, and drop box locations in outlying markets.

  • Pick up truck at the warehouse and may load truck according to safety standards and to ensure product integrity. Verifies the condition of the truck, the manifest, and other paperwork associated with the delivery.

  • Drives to the destination and physically unloads the truck, verifies parts unloaded, obtains the signature of receiving location confirming the accuracy of parts shown on the order and those received, and signs off on the integrity of what was loaded at the location.

  • Makes proper notations on the manifest, or provides credit memos on parts being returned to the locations, wholesalers, and drop boxes.

  • Pickup stock purchase orders or buy out purchase orders from vendors

  • Maintains all DOT driver logs of hours and related records.

  • Goes through the check-in process when returning to the location to verify parts and paperwork.

  • May turn in all paperwork to the Accounting Department after check-in.

  • Complies with established company policies and procedures.

  • Assumes other duties as assigned.

As a Suites Supervisor you will lead a team of attendants, ensuring our luxury suites are clean, stocked, and ready for game day. Responsibilities * Supervises and coordinates Suite Attendants, including training on company and departmental standards and providing constructive and corrective feedback as needed. * Ensures a positive and impactful guest experience by delivering professional and courteous guest service. * Receives and facilitates any suite guests' and attendants' requests and orders. * Analyzes and resolves problems with associates, guests, and the operation with the assistance of the Suites Manager. * Learn and be comfortable with all food and beverage menu items on Luxury Suites Menu to effectively complete financial transactions and answer guests' questions. * Ensures all game day food and beverage orders arrive in a timely manner and quickly addresses any discrepancies with appropriate area and Suites Manager. * Maintain a clean, organized, stocked and safe area. Immediately reports any low inventory and safety and maintenance issues to Suites Manager. * Completes and assists Suite Attendants with opening and closing duties as outlined according to departmental standards. * Responsible for performing end of month inventory for suites pantry according to inventory standards. Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in front-of-house restaurant or foodservice position, in a high volume environment, required. * Previous experience with a POS system. * Excellent guest service skills. * Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan ahead. * Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high pressure environment. * Good leadership and training skills; ability to teach others as well as delegate tasks. * Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory. Physical Requirements * Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for set-up, service and clean up of suite. * Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand.
