This role provides direct clinical patient care with Tenet's in-house contingent Pool, Trusted Resource Associates. Work directly with Tenet on a Local Contract basis. With this in-house assignment you will be part of the contingent workforce pool, yet a W-2 Tenet employee and wear a Tenet employee badge.

This position is part of a team that supports the temporary leadership needs of the Tenet Healthcare organization.

• Management of ICU operations. Manages day to day operations. Directs, supervises, orients/trains and evaluates staff.

• Enforces policies, procedures and standards of operation. Position may have budgetary or fiscal accountability. Renders individualized comprehensive nursing care, based on nursing process, to meet the patient's physical, psychological, spiritual, social and educational needs.

• Manages the staff to meet designated goals. Position is responsible for approving timekeeping, employee evaluation, meeting applicable regulatory standards, approving supply orders and department strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of Nurse Leadership experience in an Acute Care Setting
