The FLNA Compensation Relationship Manager (Compensation RM) works closely with Frito Lay's business leaders and HR Business Partners in the US and Canada to ensure that the compensation strategy, design and program execution aligns and supports the strategic priorities of our business. This role partners with the Global Compensation CoE and the North America Core Services Team to leverage compensation solutions, capabilities and tools to meet the needs of Frito Lay North America.
5-7+ years of progressive HR, Finance, or Total Rewards experience
Bachelor/Masters of Business Administration, with a specialization in Human Resources Management or Finance an asset
Ability to build relationships, communicate, negotiate and influence both verbally and in writing, including solid presentation skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required to track and manipulate data, report on statistical findings and identify efficiencies related to processing
Excellent analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a demanding and fast-paced work environment
