We need a highly talented Principal Technical Program Manager for the AI2 Strategy and Programs organization to help lead the most critical functions of our AI business. This person will be directly responsible for leading and running many of our organization's core Rhythm of the Business (RoB) functions. These include recurring executive and service team meetings, coordinating the delivery of program materials across all aspects of the organization, and developing business operations functions and processes.

This high-visibility and high-impact role will help shape our future AI infrastructure business and enable growth. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results.

You should have a strong multidisciplinary operations, technology, and business background. You should also have a track record of influencing and addressing senior business and technology leaders and driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, and business analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in cloud

• Direct experience working with cross-organizational teams and leaders, including at the executive level

• A high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple competing priorities

• Ability to work independently and propose solutions

• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

• Proficient in Excel (e.g. PivotTables, lookups, if-statements, macros)

• Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence
