We need a highly talented Principal Technical Program Manager for the AI2 Strategy and Programs organization to help lead the most critical functions of our AI business. This person will be directly responsible for leading programs focused on AI business planning, including building and modeling financial forecasts, performing detailed and deep analysis, developing automated dashboards to highlight core business metrics, and identifying ways to use analytics to solve the most difficult business operations challenges.

This high-visibility and high-impact role will help shape our future AI infrastructure business and enable growth. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results.

You should have a strong multidisciplinary operations, technology, and business background. You should also have a track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders and driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, and business analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and/or program management, preferably with finance experience

• Direct experience working with cross-organizational teams, including at the executive level

• A high degree of organization and ability to handle multiple contending priorities

• Ability to work independently and propose solutions

• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

• Highly proficient in Excel (e.g. PivotTables, lookups, if-statements, macros)

• Direct experience development analytics dashboards, and other automated tools to provide business data

• Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence
