The TPF/NET work shall be performed by trainer/maintainer personnel qualified under the TPF/NET Lead/Specialists Labor Categories and those who possess wrecker qualifications. All TPF/NET workforce will complete Government platform specific training on a system prior to providing training services for that system. The Government will coordinate platform specific training for the contractor workforce.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Utilize the Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) including Standard Army maintenance System-Enhanced (SAMS-E) operation and Property Book Unity Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) systems.
  • Complete and submit Depart of the Army forms to include Forms 2062 (Hand Receipt/Annex Number), 3161(Request for Issue or Turn-in) and, 2404(Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Worksheet) and/or 5988-E (Electronic Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Worksheet)
  • Troubleshoot to diagnose, align and repair failed or damaged systems utilizing mechanical and electronic knowledge and skills
  • Maintain operations, including performance of maintenance and repair for commercial or military equipment. Preferred experience includes light or heavy-duty trucks, tractors, tactical vehicles, generators, power plants, aircraft or any diesel or gasoline powered equipment or vehicle.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of related experience (Vocational, Technical, Military formal certificates of training in a related maintenance field may be substituted for equivalent years of experience with prior approval by the Government)
  • Hold a current Class B Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or Instructress certified for Wrecker training shall hold a current Class A CDL license and 3 years of Wrecker experience of shall possess one of the following:
    • Skill Identifier of Hotel 8 (H8) from the Army
    • Military Occupational Specialty 3536 (MOS 3536)
  • Successful completion of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS) Course 5K-SI5K/012-SQI8 (A civilian certification program through public or private process or a contractor certification program shall receive approval from the Government in order to be accepted in lieu of) 5) Experience using Material Handling Equipment
  • Demonstrated experience with packing, shipping, receiving, transportation of parts, items and equipment
  • Experience in Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) including Standard Army Maintenance System-Enhanced (SAMS-E) operation and Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) systems.
  • Experience completing and submitting Department of the Army forms, to include Forms 2062 (Hand Receipt/Annex Number), 3161(Request for Issue or Turn-in) and, 2404(Equipment Inspection and Maintenance


  • Active DoD security clearance strongly desired.

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Nuclear Enterprise Support Directorate (NE) performs integrated, multidisciplinary, Balanced Survivability Assessments (BSAs) that assess survivability of critical U.S. and allied national/theater mission systems, networks, architectures, infrastructures, and assets.BSA teams aim to ensure continuity to DoD missions and critical infrastructure by assessing the vulnerabilities and survivability of these infrastructure against a broad spectrum of threats including accidents, natural disasters, technological failure, information system attacks, terrorists, radio frequency weapons (RFW), sabotage, and weapons of mass destruction (WMD). In order to ensure continuity of DoD Missions and to maintain continuous operations of critical infrastructure, it is imperative to have fully functional BSA teams (1) to conduct Blue Team Assessments; (2) to provide specific SME assistance to Technical Support Projects (TSPs); (3) to provide Design Review assistance; and (4) to provide technical assistance to the Home Team. The size and skillsets of each team will vary and include those required to execute each mission. The resource needs of each mission and/or stakeholder requests will be identified and managed by DTRA. BSA assessments include, but are not limited to, examining surveillance operations, physical security, telecommunications (e.g., video, voice and data, commercial and military), information operations (e.g., computer networks, IA tools use, operations security), structural protection and response (to include blast effects modeling and consideration of anti-terrorism/force protection standards), utility subsystems (e.g., power and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning reliability and endurance), weapons of mass destruction protection, emergency operations (e.g., emergency preparedness, fire protection, emergency response, disaster control and recovery, continuity of operations), and electromagnetic protection (e.g., electromagnetic pulse and radio frequency weapon susceptibility, lightning protection). The BSA mission, by necessity, is fluid and requires the teams operating within these environments to be adaptable. Required Skills/Qualifications: * Possess Information Operations and Cyberspace Operations (CS) experience as defined and described in Joint Publication 3- 13 Information Operations and 3-12 Cyberspace Operations, DoDI 8500.1and DoD 8570.01. * Possess working knowledge of DoD's IT system and network certification and accreditation processes to include system security authorization agreements. * Possess the professional information technology and security certifications prescribed in DoD 8570.01-M, DoDI 8570.1M * Demonstrate the ability to progress through established professional technical and IA certification tiers within an established time period per the BSA Division Information Operations Standard Operating Procedure.
