We are currently seeking an energetic self-starter who can succeed with minimal guidance and support to fill the Third Party Administrator (TPA) Data Analyst position and join the TPA Data Management Unit (DMU). The primary responsibilities of this position involve ensuring timely receipt and processing of quality claim data, identifying and resolving any data quality issues.
This role operates on a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and must sit in either our Whitehouse Station, NJ or Wilmington, DE offices.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
TPA Monthly Production
Review and analyze monthly TPA data submissions for commercial insurance products (Global Casualty/Commercial Insurance/Westchester Specialty) to identify items requiring attention based on management direction and industry knowledge
Research and resolve data errors using proprietary and external vendor systems as required
Interact with TPA's and Riskonnect via verbal, email, and virtual communication regularly to identify root causes of data errors and resolution method
Communicate and document effectively with all involved parties to implement resolutions to data errors
Proactively identify errors that require communication to downstream groups internally such as TPA Funding, Regulatory Reporting, or Finance
Monitor data errors and maintain ongoing communication with external TPA's for resolution within established standards
Identify, document, and communicate errors requiring escalation appropriately to internal management or other internal Chubb areas for resolution assistance
TPA Takeovers
Participate in TPA takeover meetings involving TPAs, insureds, other internal Chubb areas such as Client Services, Funding, and Underwriting
Clearly communicate concerns and challenges relating to takeover parameters prior to and during TPA Takeover Meetings to assure parameters are clearly defined prior to takeover date
Perform takeover testing to include file review, comparison testing and production testing
Document and communicate testing variances to the TPA and work with the TPA to resolve
Escalate testing errors to management appropriately as needed
Target and maintain a timely plan for implementation of a TPA takeover in accordance with established guidelines
