Requirements:

  • Detail oriented and able to ensure accuracy in all work assignments.

  • Organized and able to perform under pressure in order to meet stated deadlines.

  • Able to multi-task and prioritize assignments.

  • Communicate effectively with Co-Workers and be a Team player.

  • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including Saturdays.

  • Exceptional Customer Service.

Additional Requirements:

  • Automotive Parts Sales experience preferred.

  • CDK System experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.

  • High school diploma or GED

  • All Applicants must pass pre-employment background checks and drug testing in order to qualify for employment.*

Responsibilities:

  • Assist all Customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.

  • Inform Customers of part requirements and specials.

  • Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.

  • Provide high level of Customer Service to both Internal and External Customers.

  • Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order, if necessary.

  • Follow up on back-ordered parts.

  • Ensure that all Customers receive their copy of the Invoice.

  • Keep orderly records of all Repair Orders, Invoices, Insurance Estimates, and Special Order Parts.

  • Keep front counter area clean and uncluttered.

  • Maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Duties include, but not limited to daily stocking, processing returns, cleaning, assist Customers and Technicians, assist local Vendors, and more.
