We are seeking motivated Regulatory Toxicologists for current and future roles located in St. Louis, MO.
This position will produce thoughtful, well-researched scientific assessments that support pipeline advancement and regulatory submissions to global authorities. Including toxicological assessments for pesticides, biopesticides, formulation ingredients, microbial products, metabolites, and impurities in the manufacturing process, and response to global regulatory inquiries.
Provide technical support for toxicology-related matters to ensure all products (i.e., active ingredients, co-formulants, formulations, etc.) meet the company's high standards for worker and consumer safety.
Provide technical support for the toxicological evaluation of emerging technologies. Technical support includes: executing testing strategies developed in collaboration with other members of the Product Safety Team, serving as a study monitor on assigned projects, and serving on cross functional working groups to ensure regulatory data packages and dossiers are coordinated to meet diverse regional requirements which enable global submission strategies.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in toxicology, pharmacology, environmental science or a related field
At least three or more years of relevant professional experience
Experience in the conduct and interpretation of studies evaluating in vivo and/or in vitro toxicity or similar experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to be effective in a demanding team environment of a global company
Ability to travel up to 10%
Master's degree in toxicology, pharmacology, environmental science or a related field
Demonstrated skills in technical writing including protocols, reports, and journal articles
Experience in conducting guideline-compliant GLP toxicology studies
Ability to assimilate into a diverse team and demonstrate good business acumen
Prior experience in the safety evaluation of chemical pesticides and/or biopesticides (i.e., microbial and/or biochemical)
