Tow Truck Driver/Operator

We are seeking a dependable and skilled tow truck driver/operator to join our team As a tow driver, you will play a critical role in our company's success by safely and efficiently transporting a wide range of vehicles from our customers' locations to their destination. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, the ability to work collaboratively with others, and a commitment to upholding safety and compliance standards.

Must be at least 25 years old, have a valid drivers license with a good record. Must pass background check and pass drug test including marijuana. Available shift is 10am to 8pm Monday thru Friday and every other Saturday.

Pay is commission based. PLEASE DO NOT USE AUTOMATIC SCHEDULING - CALL US AT 303- TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate tow truck to load, transport, and unload vehicles as needed Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Perform preventative maintenance on tow truck to ensure it is in good working condition and report any issues to management Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer needs are met and deadlines are achieved Maintain accurate records of all tows including locations, vehicles, and other required information Abide by all safety and compliance standards and regulations Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a positive and professional manner Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management Maintain a clean and organized workspace and comply with all company policies and procedures Requirements High school diploma or GED Day Lift 50 lbs Background Check Driver License Authorized to work in US Morning Evening No experience Benefits Paid Time Off Education Assistance Salary: $18.00-$25.00 biweekly Associated topics: dispatcher, fleet management, handler, manager, manager trainee, operations manager, service manager, svce, technician, union
