Tow Truck Driver

Stepp's Towing and Heavy Transport is looking to add Light Duty Tow Truck Operators in Lakeland We are seeking candidates who possess a positive attitude, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities. All drivers must be equipped with their own set of tools once they are assigned the truck.

No Slip Seating Essential Functions: The ideal experienced driver must be able to do the following: Respond to accidents, breakdowns, and other roadside incidents.

Stay in contact with motorists when you are en route. Perform basic repairs or tow their vehicle to a garage. Safely load cars onto the back of your truck Remove illegally parked vehicles.

Physical Requirements for the Position Include: Lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, significant bending and reaching, climbing, significant physical strength and stamina. Qualifications: 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience Past towing experience or related field is a plus Current DOT Medical Card Must be registered in the DOT Clearinghouse Must be able to pass a background check /drug test.

Must have a Clean Driving Record.
