To help us get there, we're looking for an OTA & Travel Advisor Associate to join our Philadelphia office. This person will be responsible for direct service and sales with Context's OTA and travel advisor partners.

THE JOB

OTA & Travel Advisor Associate

Context is looking for a full-time OTA & Travel Advisor Associate based in Philadelphia. This person will be responsible for OTA bookings and working with travel advisors at our company headquarters. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Relationship Management

  • Coordinate OTA bookings.

  • Coordinate bookings of travel agents and support travel agency onboarding process.

  • Develop positive relationships with agents.

  • Act as the point of contact and provide high touch handling of agents' individual needs in collaboration with the company's Client Managers.

  • Resolve concerns and provide solutions to agents in a timely manner.

  • Trip Planning

  • Work with agents and regional teams to design multi-day and customized tour itineraries to our 50+ cities globally.

  • Sales

  • Achieve sales targets (increasing average order value and average revenue per agent) within schedule in line with company-wide objectives.

  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Support partner sales team in agent outreach strategies.

THE EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor degree preferred.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience.

  • Proven ability and excellence in relationship management.

  • Deep knowledge of Rome, Paris, and/or London is preferred (such as extensive living or teaching abroad).

  • An entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Work experience in the cultural sector is very helpful.

  • A passion for learning about world culture, and an obsession with travel and talking about travel is required.

  • Some evening and weekend hours and travel are required.

  • High computer proficiency, including Google for Business suite, CRM such as Salesforce, and virtual communication apps such as Slack is required. We are a Mac-based company.

  • Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced, international, tech-reliant environment is essential.
