To help us get there, we're looking for an OTA & Travel Advisor Associate to join our Philadelphia office. This person will be responsible for direct service and sales with Context's OTA and travel advisor partners.

OTA & Travel Advisor Associate
Context is looking for a full-time OTA & Travel Advisor Associate based in Philadelphia. This person will be responsible for OTA bookings and working with travel advisors at our company headquarters. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate OTA bookings.
Coordinate bookings of travel agents and support travel agency onboarding process.
Develop positive relationships with agents.
Act as the point of contact and provide high touch handling of agents' individual needs in collaboration with the company's Client Managers.
Resolve concerns and provide solutions to agents in a timely manner.
Work with agents and regional teams to design multi-day and customized tour itineraries to our 50+ cities globally.
Achieve sales targets (increasing average order value and average revenue per agent) within schedule in line with company-wide objectives.
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Support partner sales team in agent outreach strategies.
Bachelor degree preferred.
A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience.
Proven ability and excellence in relationship management.
Deep knowledge of Rome, Paris, and/or London is preferred (such as extensive living or teaching abroad).
An entrepreneurial mindset.
Work experience in the cultural sector is very helpful.
A passion for learning about world culture, and an obsession with travel and talking about travel is required.
Some evening and weekend hours and travel are required.
High computer proficiency, including Google for Business suite, CRM such as Salesforce, and virtual communication apps such as Slack is required. We are a Mac-based company.
Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced, international, tech-reliant environment is essential.
