As a Redfin Tour Coordinator, you'll be on the front lines of customer service, coordinating with Redfin real estate agents and clients to schedule home showings for buyers.

The Role

  • Take inbound requests to tour properties via email, phone, and the Redfin site and apps

  • Coordinate with listing agents to confirm that properties are available for showing

  • Coordinate with buyer's agents and clients to schedule and reschedule home showings

  • Benefit from online tools that allow you to track customer progress and share information across teams

  • Hours may vary and can include evenings and weekends

Skills & Experience

  • Customer service experience, including the using email, phone, and customer relationship management tools in a high-volume workflow

  • Ability to juggle many tasks and transition smoothly from one to the next in a fast-paced setting

We work to effectively meet their unique academic, social-emotional, and scheduling needs through a blended teaching model. Job Summary: The primary responsibility of the TOC Special Education Teacher is to provide support to the full time SPED. This position will primarily assist with paperwork. This position is part-time. Job Duties: * Implement specialized academic instruction for individuals and small groups of students, reinforcing language and reading concepts. * Administer and score individual and group tests. * Schedule and conduct IEP meetings, coordinating schedules with parents, general education teacher(s), administrator, and all appropriate special education staff. * Communicate and coordinate special needs evaluation and testing with speech teacher, psychologist, and other service providers. * Communicate with parents regarding individual student progress and conduct. * Maintain progress records and record progress toward IEP goals.
