You Will:

  • Responsible for design, implementation and administration of corporate-wide compensation, benefit and executive compensation plans and programs.

  • Lead activities to evaluate, recommend, and implement changes and improvements to total rewards programs across the company.

  • Monitor benefit trends and activities to offer best practices recommendations through surveys, industry, and professional networking.

  • Advise HR Leadership team and other leaders on compensation and benefits strategy, programs, and practices to meet the needs of a diverse workforce.

  • Ensure the company's benefits plans, policies, and procedures comply with legal guidelines and regulations. Maintains compliance with various governmental regulations including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

  • Monitor and manage executive compensation plans and execute appropriate participant actions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

  • Monitor and liaison with third party vendors to deliver quality service and programs. Responsible for benefit processes including reviewing reports, conducting performance meetings, and ensuring compliance with plan provisions.

  • Ensure timely completion of regulatory requirements including SEC filings, 1094-C, 1095-C, and Department of Labor 5500 health plan annual reporting requirements.

  • Coordinate changes in benefit plan documents and summary plan descriptions including communication plans.

  • Accountable for financial program reconciliations to auditable standards.

  • Complete company required filings and proxy compensation materials for directors and named executive officers.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to refine existing processes and procedures and develop new efficiencies.

  • Prepare applicable board materials and information response as needed.

  • Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement through the mindset and cultivation of Agile practices and principles.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of related work experience including people leadership.

  • Degrees or advanced degrees in business administration, human resources, or other relevant discipline.

  • Knowledge of compensation, benefits and executive compensation best practices, processes, applicable laws, and compliance matters.

  • Ability to interface with multiple teams and resources to execute and implement company-wide total reward programs.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and process management skills.

  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • CEBS, CCP, CECP, CBP certification or classes, strong change management skills, and strong functional HR process and practical acumen and technical aptitude.
